ForgeMotion Labs designs, manufactures, and sells open-source robotic kits and precision components. All product descriptions, specifications, and images are provided for informational purposes and may be subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion.
3. Ordering and Payment
By placing an order, you represent that you are of legal age and have the authority to enter into these terms. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise specified.
We accept payment methods as displayed during checkout. Payment is due at the time of order placement. We reserve the right to cancel any order if payment cannot be processed or verified.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. ForgeMotion Labs is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
5. Returns and Refunds
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 30 days of receipt at info@forgemotionlabs.com.
Returns must be in original condition with all packaging and documentation. Custom or modified products may not be eligible for return.

Our hardware designs, schematics, and documentation are released under open-source licenses as specified in each product's documentation. You are free to use, modify, and distribute these designs in accordance with the applicable license terms.
Software and firmware provided with our products are subject to their respective open-source licenses as specified in the accompanying documentation.
7. Warranties and Disclaimers
Products are provided "as is" without any warranty, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
ForgeMotion Labs makes no warranty that products will meet your requirements or that operation will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ForgeMotion Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
