Our Story
We founded ForgeMotion Labs because we kept hitting the same wall: we'd find an amazing open-source robotics project on GitHub, get excited to build it, then spend weeks hunting components across eight different suppliers. So we did the sourcing work once and made it available to everyone. Now we take the BOMs from popular open-source robotics projects, source every component, 3D-print the structural parts in our shop, and package it all into composable kits.

Quality & Sourcing
In-house 3D printing and vetted component sourcing for open-source robotics kits.
In-House 3D Printing
Structural and mechanical parts are 3D-printed in our shop using engineering-grade materials. Every printed component is checked for fit and function against the original project design before it goes into a kit.
Vetted Component Sourcing
Electronics, motors, fasteners, and hardware are sourced from authorized distributors — no gray-market parts. Every component is verified against the original project BOM for compatibility. We handle the multi-vendor logistics so you don't have to.

We don't own the designs — we kit them. Every product includes full attribution to original creators, with links to source repositories and documentation. We support open-source communities by making their projects easier to build.
Curation Over Quantity
We don't carry everything. We carry the right things — vetted components matched to real BOMs from real projects. If we haven't built it ourselves, we don't kit it.
